- Created various high-quality renderings utilizing Lumion.

- Joined a team of three project architects to produce comprehensive working drawings in Revit.

- Actively participated in the construction administration process.

ESTIDAMAH is a Sustainable Agricultural Research and Development Center, to be established at Riyadh Techno Valley (RTV) for Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). The center will advance the agricultural sector through applied scientific research, innovative agricultural studies, and the transfer of agricultural technologies.

ESTIDAMAH will feature the following facilities: a main building of 5,000 sqm, expandable to 21,000 sqm; a 1,500 sqm utility building; a 9,000 sqm Venlo greenhouse (not included in the scope of works); a 1,000 sqm common facility (including a workshop and dirty lab); a 4,500 sqm parking area; and a total land area of 50,219 sqm.

The main building, designed as a two-level campus-style facility, will accommodate 85 users at full capacity. It will include offices, a conference room, meeting rooms, a library, restrooms, a jointer room, a clinic, a cafeteria, a tea room, storage, a prayer room, and executive offices on the upper level. Additionally, it will house essential utilities such as a server room and a building management system (BMS).
